Wind turbines

Wind power has become the second most important energy source in Germany today. Around 30,000 wind turbines are in operation across the country, covering 19% of the country's energy needs. The film follows the construction of a brand new wind farm in Falkenthal, Brandenburg - the turbine will be 179 meters high and will supply 5,000 households with electricity.
